Do you accept orders placed outside the US?

Yes! We do worldwide shipping.

please note: may be subject to customs fee depending on your country. customer is responsible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It will take around 3-5 business days to process before products are shipped out. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 5-9 business days within the US. International orders could take longer. Tracking numbers will be included in your confirmation emails.

*please note: we are not responsible for lost mail.

What is your stores return and exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your unused products and wish to return or exchange them, you can do so for up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. byCRUZ is not responsible for covering these shipping costs. Please contact info@shopbycruz.com in order to return or exchange. 

What if something is wrong with my order?

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us directly at info@shopbycruz.com and include your name and invoice number. We want to make sure we get the problem figured out for you ASAP.
